Royal Navy Jack of the Terran Empire

I've been watching Treasure Planet, which I haven't watched in forever, and wow, I don't remember how much I love this movie. Especially since it's bloody 17 and 18th century ships in nebulous space! Anyway, with that said, I decided to do something of my own take on the Naval Jack of the assumed Terran Empire.
