Map of the Vale [Modern GoT]

I'll fill this out with more content when I've decided on flags and histories. For now, it's pretty much the same Vale we all know and love (lol), though no longer under absolute rule or an elected republic, rather more of a noble oligarchy that was carried over from the council of nobles that ruled the Vales following Robert Arryn's death and subsequent union under the North. It wrested control back from the North in the Northern Independence War, and under a binding treaty of non-aggression with the Iron Throne has persisted as an independent country, thanks in large part to the mineral richness of the mountains.
